Professional Experience

Before joining Cordero & Cordero Abogados in December 2007, Ana Lucía worked as a legal assistant for a well recognized national law firm. More recently, she worked Stewart Title (Costa Rica), specialized in title insurance. Her experience in these fields include:

• Legal advice regarding real state transactions, investments and developments in such matter.
• Constitution of different kinds of corporations, monitoring and updating of their legal status; and preparation of all the necessary legal work required for their correct development in Costa Rica.
• Experience in preparation of all types of notary documentation.

Experience in filing various legal procedures, such as: civil, corporate and criminal cases; protection of intellectual property rights and different administrative procedures.
